Journal

Journal One of the things I have been trying to do for years is to keep a journal. I have been researching different ways to keep a dairy, both analog and digital. So far nothing really worked for me. One of this year's (2017) goal is to consistently, daily write a journal. It doesn't have to be big, can be just a few sentences, but I want to get into a habit of writing things down.   Some of the things I want to be able to track:
  • what I planned vs. what I accomplished
  • how did I feel, emotions
  • reflect on day's events
  • trackers: vitamins, weight, sleep, etc.
